Registration/报名须知 All students must complete a registration form accurately, either in paper or electronic format. For students under the age of 15, a parent or legal guardian’s signature is required for enrollment. The Afterschool Program must be registered on a monthly basis and does not include make-up lessons. 所有学员须完整、准确地填写纸质或电子版报名表。15岁以下学员须由家长或法定监护人签字确认后方可报名。 课后托管课程（Afterschool Program）须按月报名，且不提供补课服务。 2. Payment/课程费用 Full payment for each course is required prior to the first class. Enrollment will not be confirmed until payment has been received in full. Cancellation and refund policies are outlined below. 所有课程费用须在第一节课开始前一次性缴清。未完成缴费的报名将不被视为有效。 有关退课及退款政策，请参阅以下条款。 3. Missed Lessons and Make-Up Classes/缺课与补课政策 Students must provide a minimum of 24-hour notice for any absence. Students enrolled in a full-term course are entitled to a maximum of two (2) make-up lessons per term. Students enrolled on a monthly or per-lesson basis are not eligible for make-up lessons. A lesson cancelled by the student may be rescheduled only if at least 24-hour notice is given and the absence is due to illness or other valid reasons. Make-up lessons will be arranged based on course availability and scheduling. Lessons missed without sufficient notice will be charged as scheduled and are non-refundable. All absence notifications must be submitted to the school administration via phone at 416-317-9168 or WeChat L49841699, and must include the student’s name, course name, lesson date and time, and reason for absence. 所有请假须至少提前 24 小时 通知学校。 报读整学期课程的学员，每学期最多可享有 两次补课机会；按月或按次报名的学员不享有补课资格。 因生病或其他合理原因请假，且提前至少24小时通知学校的，学校将根据课程安排及师资情况协调补课时间。 未提前通知的缺课将按正常上课计费，相关费用不予退还。 请假须通过电话 416-317-9168 或微信 L49841699 向学校报备，并注明学员姓名、课程名称、上课日期与时间以及请假原因。 4. Course Transfer/转班政策 After enrollment, students may be transferred to a different level within the same course only upon the teacher’s professional assessment and recommendation. Transfers between different courses are not permitted. 学员报名后，可在教师专业评估与建议的基础上，申请调整同一课程内的级别。 不同课程之间不接受转课申请。 5. Cancellation and Refund/ 退课与退款政策 Course cancellation requires prior notice. Before the first class of a program, tuition fees may be retained as credit for use toward other courses. Once the first class has commenced, tuition fees will apply and are non-transferable and non-refundable. For the Afterschool Program, students registered on a monthly basis are required to pay a $100 deposit. A minimum of 30 days’ written notice is required for cancellation. If proper notice is given, the deposit will be refunded. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Refund processing may take approximately 30 days. 退课须提前通知学校。在课程开始前（尚未上第一节课），已缴学费可保留为学分，用于抵扣其他课程费用。 课程一经开始，相关费用即生效，且不予转让或退款。 按月报名课后托管课程的学员需缴纳 $100 定金。如需退课，须提前 30 天 提交书面通知；按规定提前通知的，定金可退；未提前通知的，定金不予退还。 退款处理时间约为 30 天。 6. Additional Fees/额外费用 Additional fees will apply if students are picked up after the school’s closing time.
